How do I order Xcap by KOMBI?

Can I wash my Xcap by KOMBI?
We recommend spot and handwashing of the cap only. The patented retractors are fully removable by accessing the retractor pocket under the sweat band of your Xcap. Remove the retractors fully and wash and dry your Xcap. Replace the retractors and your back in business.

What if a retractor breaks?
Contact your local imprinted/promotional sportswear & apparel distributor from whom you purchased Xcap by KOMBI for replacement retractors. Again, contact us for a distributor in your area if needed.

Will the retractors connect to my prescription glasses?
The universal eyewear attachment is made to attach to "most" glasses, including prescription glasses. Refer to the "The Technology" section for more details on how to attach Xcap by KOMBI to your glasses.

Does KOMBI also produce safety/sunglasses for Xcap by KOMBI?
Yes, KOMBI will manufacture custom safety/sunglasses to your specifications or suggest a design to meet your needs. This service is available for custom orders only. Please contact your promotional products distributor for more details. We have strict specifications for our caps.

Can KOMBI match our specs and add Xcap by KOMBI technology?
Yes, KOMBI offers a full custom manufacturing service for Xcap by KOMBI. Send us your cap or provide your specifications and we will build your Xcap to suit.

What is the lead time for custom production?
Normal lead time is 90 days after sample is approved. This time can vary depending on time of year, etc. so please check for details.
